Primary School Tuition
Primary 1 to Primary 6: English, Chinese, Maths and Science
Primary tuition from P1 to the PSLE
Our primary programme covers all six years and all four PSLE subjects: English, Chinese, Maths and, from Primary 3, Science. Lessons are 1.5 hours a week per subject in a small group, taught by tutors who specialise in primary teaching, at Woodlands, Admiralty, Choa Chu Kang and Yishun.
The lower primary years build reading, number sense and good habits. Primary 3 and 4 introduce Science and the step up in Maths word problems, and the Primary 4 results decide subject levels for P5. Primary 5 and 6 cover the PSLE syllabus and then revise it, with past-year practice and the answering techniques each paper rewards.
Fees are $150 to $180 for four lessons, with no registration or material fee. Pick a level below to see what the lessons cover.
Lower Primary (P1 to P3)
The first three years build the foundations: reading and writing in English and Chinese, number sense and the model method in Maths, and from Primary 3, Science. Lessons are short-burst and hands-on, because young children learn best that way, and parents get a note after every lesson.
Primary 1
Our P1 programme focuses on laying the right foundation for a smoother learning later on. Students' interest and curiosity are aroused as they are introduced to a new milestone in life and support is provided by our tutors for this specific transition.

From Primary 4 the syllabus speeds up and the exams start to count. Our upper primary lessons teach the P4 to P6 content, then the PSLE question types and answering techniques, with timed practice and study skills so each child finds a routine that works for them.
Primary 4
Our P4 programme focuses on all-round development as students cope with increased complexity and academic demands. Students (and parents) will be encouraged to set academic and personal goals and understand the relevant paths available to them.

There is no single right time. Many parents start at Primary 3 or 4, when Science begins and Maths word problems get harder, or at Primary 5 when the PSLE syllabus starts. Starting earlier makes sense if a child is already behind in reading or in Chinese. The free trial lesson is a good way to find out whether a class would help.
Our primary classes follow the Standard syllabus. If your child is taking a subject at Foundation level in P5 or P6, message the centre and we will advise whether one of our classes is a fit.
Yes. Many students take two or three subjects, often on the same day at the centre. Two subjects get $20 off the fees and three or more get $60 off.
Weekday afternoons and evenings (2pm to 10pm) and weekends (9am to 7pm). Each centre has its own timetable and it changes as classes fill, so we do not publish it. Message the centre with the level and subject and we will send the current slots.
Yes. A free trial lesson is available to new students who book one in advance. Book the trial online or message a centre on WhatsApp with the level and subject.
Try a lesson before you decide
Primary classes run at all four centres. Tell us your child's level and subjects and we will suggest a class, or book a free trial lesson.
